Facilitating Mindfulness Meditation Practice with Work Release participants

We offer a 1.5 hour 12 week program based on mindfulness skills training and Path of Freedom training once a week at the Indiana Women’s Prison, Indianapolis, IN. This class also incorporates ideas from Cultivating Emotional Balance Training presented by Paul Ekman and B. Alan Wallace.
Several team members have completed Path of Freedom training offered through the Prison Mindfulness Institute.
