Retreat is Exhilarating and. . .

Bruce Gill talks about feeling welcomed by the community and how he learned to bring curiosity to old injuries at the recent Mindfulness Facilitation Training retreat. Bruce is currently completing this Mindfulness Teacher certification at EMI.  He worked as Executive Director of Minds Incorporated, an organization committed to empowering young people (and the adults who parent and teach them) with mindfulness skills that help them live with greater confidence, wellbeing, compassion and resilience. Bruce has also worked with several major companies and school districts.
